Evening/Monday/Tuesday Receptions/Events
Businesses, clubs &
organizations may use the mansion for cocktail-style receptions
(hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and beverages) whenever the site is
closed to the public (Mondays, Tuesdays and evenings). Advanced
reservations are required.
The
reception fee is $7/person (for groups of 41 or more) or $280 for
groups of 40 or less; the fee does not include catering costs.
Catering arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the event

Fee Schedule:
40 or less: $280
41 or more: $7.00/person
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required in advance and may be
mailed to: Treasurer, David Davis Mansion Foundation, 1000 E.
Monroe Drive. Payment of the remaining balance must be made at the
end of the reception. Please make checks payable to: David Davis
Mansion Foundation.
Group Size:
Please notify the Mansion staff at least 48 hours in advance if
there are any major changes in the estimated size of the group
attending the reception.

Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled reception, please call
