ADULTS, FAMILIES, ORGANIZATIONS, & MOTOR COACH GROUPS
Evening/Monday/Tuesday Tours

Businesses, clubs and organizations may enjoy a private tour of the mansion for a fee of $4/person (groups of 25 or more), or $100 (for groups of less than 25).  Private tours may be scheduled for those times when the site is closed to the public (Mondays, Tuesdays and evenings).  Non-costumed guides are available to conduct the tours, which last approximately one and one-half hours.

Fee Schedule:

24 or less:        $100.00
25 or more:      $4.00/person

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required in advance and may be mailed to:  Treasurer, David Davis Mansion Foundation, 1000 E. Monroe Drive.  Payment of the remaining balance must be made at the end of the tour.  Please make checks payable to: David Davis Mansion Foundation. 

Group Size:

Groups of 10 or more must notify the Mansion staff at least 48 hours in advance, if there are any major changes in the size of the group.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, please call 309/828-1084 at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time.

Accessibility

The Barn and first-floor of the Mansion are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Tour Information

• Tours begin in the Barn/Visitor Center at the north edge of the property.

• Upon entering the vestibule, visitors must cover their shoes with paper booties/shoe covers, which are provided.

• Cameras and video cameras are not allowed inside the Mansion; non-commercial, exterior photography is welcome.

• Strollers or backpacks may not be taken inside the Mansion; these items should be left in your locked vehicle.
